Barry Allan Wilson, Broken Arrow, wed Jennifer Ann Newlin, Stillwater, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 28, 2006, in Bennett Memorial Chapel in Stillwater before Jim Allan.
The bride is the daughter of Ted and Kay Newlin, Stillwater. The groom is the son of Susan Wilson, Fort Smith, Ark., and the late Ted Wilson.
Maid of honor was Cassandra Newlin. Best man was Brent Wilson.
Bridesmaid was Rachel Coakley. Groomsman was Matt Youngblood. Ringbearer was Colby Graham.
The couple honeymooned in the Caribbean and will live in Wichita, Kan.

Nicholas Allen Meese wed Ashlee Michelle Powell on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, in Walnut Creek Chapel in Oklahoma City before Dr. Todd Littleton.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Powell, Norman. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Powell, Norman, and Charles Shannon, Stillwater, and the late Marilyn Shannon. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Meese, Goodyear, Ariz. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Al Fares, Linn Valley, Kan.
Maid of honor was Amber Gifford, Tulsa. Best man was Michael Johnson, Delray Beach, Fla.
Bridesmaids were Holly Carroll, Scottsdale, Ariz.; Jennifer Krafft, Tulsa; and Kathryn Guebelle and Angela Newby, both of Dallas. Attendants were Jana Noble, Blanchard, and Liz Whomble and Meg Frugec, both of Dallas. Groomsmen were Brad Cooke, Chandler, Ariz.; Danny Donlon, Tempe, Ariz.; Jeremy Helper, Bakersfield, Calif.; and Jason Pierce, Valencia, Calif.
Ringbearer was Caleb Meese. Flower girl was Millay Cooke. Ushers were Rod Freunds, Gardner, Kan.; Cody Andersen, Scottsdale; and Jim Buckner, Chicago, Ill.
Catiana McKay sang “Ave Maria,” accompanied by a harpist.
The couple honeymooned in Europe, touring Rome, Florence, Paris and Amsterdam, and will live in Los Angeles, Calif.
She graduated in 1999 from Bridge Creek High School in Blanchard and in 2003 from Oklahoma State University. She is coordinator in programming and acquisitions for New Line Cinema in Los Angeles. He graduated in 2001 from Arizona State University in Tempe and is manager of manufacturing and logistics for the home entertainment department at NBC/Universal Studios in Los Angeles. He is also in the MBA program at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.
• Smyth-Gillen
Steven L. Smyth and Kelsey M. Gillen, both of Stillwater, wed Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at 7 p.m. in Bennett Memorial Chapel in Stillwater before the Rev. Stan Warfield.
The bride is the daughter of Bob and Pam Gillen, Hays, Kan. The groom is the son of Don and Sandi Smyth, Phoenix, Ariz.
Maid of honor was Valerie Gillen, Stillwater. Best man was Kenny Drefke, Naples, Italy.
The couple honeymooned in Dallas, Texas, and will live in Conway, Ark.
