• Doty-Burns
Darrin Lee Doty and Jennifer Eshelman Burns, both of Stillwater, wed at 5 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2006, in Hidden Acres in Eureka Springs, Ark., before Deborah Schwab.
The bride is the daughter of Tom and Sandra Fox, Coyle, and Gary Eshelman, Perkins.
The groom is the son of Al and Sharon Doty, Edmond.
The couple honeymooned in Eureka Springs and in Las Vegas, Nev., and will live in Stillwater.
The groom graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology. He is a design engineer for Mercruiser.
The bride graduated from OSU in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and from Northern Oklahoma College in 2006 with an associate’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Stillwater Medical Center.
• Hughey-McGuar
Kyle Randall Hughey wed Kali Marie McGuar at 6 p.m. June 10, 2006, in First Christian Church in Perry before the Rev. Steve Smith.
The bride is the daughter of Randy and Dian McGuar, Perry. She is the granddaughter of Charles and June Bezdicek, Perry, and the late Raymond McGuar and Robert and Rosann Thompson, Enid, and the late Robert Sims.
The groom is the son of Randy and Cindy Hughey, Perry. He is the grandson of Gene and Ann Hughey, Coffeyville, Kan., and Mary Littlepage, Excelsior Springs, Mo., and the late Marion Littlepage.
Matron of honor was Rani McGuar, Edmond. Best man was Wesley Sparks, Edmond.
Bridesmaids were Andrea Stone, Robyn Moran and Jill Daft, all of Perry. Groomsmen were Dustin Hamburg, Jos Stanley and Derek Coldiron, all of Perry.
Ringbearer was Devin Fogleman, Surprise, Ariz. Flower girl was Kaitin Stone, Perry. Ushers were Sean Sims, Tempe, Ariz., and Erik Woodard, Edmond. Guest book and program attendant was Emily Hughey, Joplin, Mo.
The couple honeymooned at the Sandals Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, and will live in Perry.
The bride works at Christ Lutheran Children’s Learning Center in Perry and is pursuing a practical nursing degree at Meridian Technology Center. The groom is studying management information systems at the University of Central Oklahoma and works at The Charles Machine Works Inc.
