• Freeland-Davis


Blake Randall Freeland and Katherine Denise Davis, both of Charleston, S.C., wed at noon Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Christian Life Assembly in Columbia, S.C., before Pastor Darren Hileman.


The bride is the daughter of Marty and Kathy Davis, Gilbert, S.C. She is the granddaughter of Joanne Howard, Lexington, S.C., and the late Jimmy Howard and the late Harold and Joanne Martin. The groom is the son of Randy and Bonnie Freeland, Stillwater. He is the grandson of Ray and Donna Johnson, Owasso, and the late Albert and Retha Faye Freeland.


Maid of honor was Serah Davis, Gilbert. Best man was Chris Freeland, Fort Worth, Texas.


Bridesmaids were Amanda Lasater, Jennifer Harper and Brandi Boyett, all of Charleston. Groomsmen were Jason Tynes, Columbia, Mo.; Stephen Davis, Gilbert; and Jeff Waddell, Charleston.


Ringbearer was Simon Coats, Columbia, S.C. Flower girl was Rachel Coats, Columbia, S.C.


The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and will live in Charleston.


The bride graduated from Charleston Southern University with a degree in psychology and works for Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. The groom graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in broadcast journalism and is sports information director at Charleston Southern University.


A reception was held at Capital City Club in Columbia, S.C. A second reception was held Aug. 4 in Aggie’s Big House in Stillwater.








• Stover-Fischer


Ross Stover, Stillwater, wed Abby Jo Fischer, Chattanooga, at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, in Peace Congregational Church in Chattanooga before Dr. Johnnie Curstinger.


The bride is the daughter of Don and JoAnn Fischer, Chattanooga. The groom is the son of Enos and Penny Stover, Stillwater.


Maid of honor was Jennifer Scott, Dallas, Texas. Best man as Sean Cawood, Stillwater.


Bridesmaids were Jennifer Patterson and Megan Maxson, both of Stillwater, and Ashleigh Boggs, Norman. Groomsmen were Dave Sangiah, Dallas, and Brett Finkle and T.J. Rogers, both of Stillwater.


The couple honeymooned at Ladera Resort, St. Lucia, and will live in Stillwater.








• McDonald-Mangold


Brian McDonald and Angela Mangold, both of Stillwater, wed at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, at The Montgomery in downtown Oklahoma City before Tim Wangerin.


The bride is the daughter of Wayne Mangold, Stillwater, and Debbie Mangold, Broken Arrow. The groom is the son of Arthur McDonald, Morrison, and Beverly and Mike Duncan, Stillwater.


Maid of honor was Holly Seal, Oklahoma City. Best man was Mike Jefferis, El Reno.


Bridesmaids were Amanda Mangold, Shawnee; Sarah Wolff, Moore; and Deidra McDonald, Stillwater. Groomsmen were Chad Duncan, Stillwater; Erik Wolff, Moore; and Rusty Fenton, Oklahoma City.


Ringbearer was Logan Wolff, Moore. Flower girls were Ashlynn Wolff, Moore, and Bailey Mangold, Shawnee.


The couple honeymooned at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nev., and will live in Oklahoma City. She is manager of Access Loans in Bethany, and he is a U.S. Air Force veteran who is pursuing a degree in biology.
