— Matt Waddell and Alison Francis, both of Tulsa, wed Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 7 p.m. in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church before Deacon Paul Govek.
The bride is the daughter of David and Ruthie Francis, Stillwater. She is the granddaughter of Carlene Gooden, Kingfisher, and the late George Gooden and the late Bob and Gwen Francis. The groom is the son of Rick and Roxanne Waddell, Ponca City. He is the grandson of Richard and Joan Welborn, Ponca City, and the late Norma Welborn and Les and Frances Waddell, Ponca City, and the late Mildred Waddell.
Maid of honor was Cydney Foster, Stillwater. Best man was Aaron Sattre, Tulsa.
Bridesmaids were Chelsea Day, Tulsa; Kelli Gosney, Fairview; Kelle Waddell, Dallas, Texas; and Lori Green, Edmond. Madeline McGuffee, Loveland, Colo., was junior bridesmaid. Groomsmen were Scot Mitchell, Charlotte, N.C.; Justin Close, Tulsa; Cory Landes, Oklahoma City; and Jeff Furnas, Bartlesville.
Ushers were Eric Michael, Oklahoma City; Nick McGuffee, Loveland, Colo.; and Jordan McGuffee, Stillwater. Makenzie Cummings, Ponca City, was flower girl. Hagan Hardy, Colorado Springs, Colo., was ringbearer.
The couple honeymooned in Antigua and will live in Tulsa.
