Life Center Participant Fran Tunnell models behind the wheel of a vintage Thunderbird. Volunteer John Leonard brought two of his vintage cars, the Thunderbird and a Model A, to the center to provide participants an opportunity to view the cars and discuss their memories of learning to drive, getting their first car and their family car. Special events like this are planned throughout the month to promote discussion and bring back pleasant memories for participants to share with one another and discover what they have in common. Such events also relate to past work and leisure experiences and can allow someone the opportunity to share their knowledge with others. For more information on the Life Center or its programs, please call 377-0978 or visit www.lifecenterads.org. None/Photo provided (Click for larger image)
