SHS offering speed, agility camp

Stillwater High is offering its speed and agility program to all athletes in grades five through 12 at GameOn Sports (3189 S. Perkins Road) from June 2-July 18.

This Monday-Wednesday-Thursday program focuses on foot speed, agility, strength, explosion, first-step quickness and vertical jump. SCU speed coordinator Brian Huff will lead all training sessions with assistance from SHS coaches.

5-8th graders will go from 7:30-9 a.m., while 9-12th will be from 9-10:30 a.m.

The cost is $185 for the summer. Signing up by May 15 is worth a $15 discount.

All athletes paid in full by May 23 will receive a bonus week of training July 21-25. To register, contact SHS coach Michael Davis at davismj@stillwater.k12.ok.us.
