Stillwater Schools
Elementary
Breakfast bar served daily: Hot breakfast entrée, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, fresh bananas, fresh oranges, baked hash brown, low fat yogurt, choice of milk.
Tuesday lunch: Whole wheat low fat cheese pizza, fresh fruit and veggie bar, green beans, rice treat, choice of milk.
Wednesday lunch: Chicken patty sandwich on whole wheat bun, low fat cottage cheese, pineapple chunks, fresh fruit and veggie bar, corn, choice of milk.
Thursday lunch: Macaroni and cheese, fresh fruit and veggie bar, mixed vegetables, pears, choice of milk.
Friday lunch: Tomato soup, toasted cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, fresh fruit and veggie bar, cookie, choice of milk.
Secondary
Breakfast bar served daily: Hot breakfast entrée, low fat yogurt, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, fresh oranges, orange juice, baked hash brown, choice of milk.
Tuesday lunch: Whole wheat low fat cheese pizza or baked turkey corn dog, fresh fruit and veggie bar, green beans, rice treat, low fat yogurt, choice of milk.
Wednesday lunch: Chicken patty sandwich on whole wheat bun or beef meat pie, baked chips, fat free cole slaw, fresh fruit and veggie bar, corn, choice of milk.
Thursday lunch: Macaroni and cheese or turkey hot dog on whole wheat bun with baked chips, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit and veggie bar, pears, crackers, choice of milk.
Friday lunch: Tomato soup, toasted cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread or bbq beef sandwich on whole wheat bun, fresh fruit and veggie bar, cookie, low fat yogurt, choice of milk.
Middle School sack lunch offered daily: Sandwich on whole wheat bun, baked chips, fresh apple or fresh orange, fresh baby whole carrots, fresh celery sticks, cookie, choice of milk.

Perkins-Tryon Schools
Monday breakfast: Ham and egg scramble or cereal and toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Steak fingers, mashed potatoes, white gravy, fruit cocktail, roll and milk.
Tuesday breakfast: Oatmeal or cereal, cinnamon toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Wiener wraps, pork and beans, diced peaches and milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Donut or cereal and toast, bacon, juice and milk. Lunch: Chicken alfredo, peas, apple, roll and milk.
Thursday breakfast: Honey bun or cereal and toast, sausage patty, juice and milk. Lunch: Chili, cheese sticks, crackers, veggie sticks, diced pears and milk.
