Thursday lunch: Baked beef fingers, au gratin potatoes, fresh fruit and veggie bar, fat free gravy, whole wheat roll, choice of milk. Snack: Turkey ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bun, choice of milk.

Friday lunch: (Sack lunch) string cheese, turkey breast and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bun, fresh apple wedges with caramel sauce, fresh raw baby whole carrots, fresh bananas, graham cracker snacks, choice of milk. Snack: Choice of dry cereal, choice of milk.

Secondary

Monday lunch: Chicken patty sandwich on whole wheat bun or turkey hot dog on whole wheat bun, fresh fruit and veggie bar, corn, frozen fruit icy, choice of milk.

Tuesday lunch: Cheese nachos or sloppy Jo sandwich on whole wheat bun with baked chips, fresh fruit and veggie bar, refried beans, choice of milk.

Wednesday lunch: Beef chili, cornbread, honey butter, applesauce, fresh fruit and veggie bar, cookie, choice of milk.

Thursday lunch: Oven fried chicken or baked beef fingers, au gratin potatoes, fresh fruit and veggie bar, whole wheat roll, fat free gravy, honey butter, choice of milk.

Friday lunch: Fish nuggets with macaroni and cheese, fresh fruit and veggie bar, whole wheat roll, honey butter, orange juice, choice of milk.

Middle School sack lunch offered daily: Sandwich on whole wheat bun, baked chips, fresh apple or fresh orange, fresh raw baby whole carrots, fresh celery sticks, cookie, choice of milk.

Monday breakfast: Sausage on a stick, choice of cereal, 100 percent fruit juice, two percent or whole milk. Lunch: Grilled cheese, spicy fries, tomato soup, salad, fruit and milk.

Tuesday breakfast: Cinnamon roll, choice of cereal, 100 percent fruit juice, two percent or whole milk. Lunch: Teriyaki chicken, white rice, oriental veggies, salad, fruit and milk.

Wednesday breakfast: French toast, choice of cereal, 100 percent fruit juice, two percent or whole milk. Lunch: Chicken fillet sandwich, baked chips, salad, fruit and milk.
