Stillwater Schools
Elementary

Monday breakfast: Breakfast pizza, choice of juice, pineapple chunks, choice of milk. Lunch: Chicken chunks, sweet potato with toppings, fresh raw baby whole carrots, tossed salad, fat free ranch dressing, fresh orange wedges, fresh apple wedges, choice milk.
Tuesday breakfast: Breakfast burrito, choice of dry cereal, baked hash brown, choice of milk. Lunch: Baked fish, corn, fat free coleslaw, tartar sauce, fresh broccoli flowers, fresh grapes, fresh bananas, fruit bite, choice of milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Frittata, choice of dry cereal, biscuit, gravy and choice of milk. Lunch: Beef and cheese fajitas, refried beans, tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, pineapple chunks, fresh raw baby whole carrots, choice of milk.
Thursday breakfast: Egg and cheese biscuit, choice of juice, applesauce, choice of milk. Lunch: Baked chicken, whipped potatoes, gravy, strawberries, tossed salad, fat free ranch dressing, bug bites, choice of milk.
Friday breakfast: Low fat yogurt, cheese omelet, biscuit, gravy, choice of milk. Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bun, baked chips, fat free ranch dressing, fresh grapes, fruit bites, fresh raw baby whole carrots, choice of milk.

Secondary schools

Perkins-Tryon Schools

Monday breakfast: Long Johns or cereal and toast, sausage links, juice and milk. Lunch: Turkey and Swiss sandwich, salad, grapes, tortilla chips and milk.
Tuesday breakfast: Rice or cereal, cinnamon toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Vegetable beef soup, cheese sticks, diced pears, crackers, cinnamon roll and milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Banana muffin or cereal and toast, ham slice, juice and milk. Lunch: Ham slice, scalloped potatoes, fruit salad, roll and milk.
Thursday breakfast: Breakfast pup or cereal and toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Hamburger pie, mixed vegetables, oranges, peanut butter cookie and milk.
Friday breakfast: Sausage gravy or cereal, biscuits, juice and milk. Lunch: Cheeseburger, spicy fries, pineapple lime gelatin and milk.


Glencoe Public Schools
Monday breakfast: Pancakes or cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Corn dogs, fries, pudding, salad, fruit and milk.
Tuesday breakfast: Sausage biscuits or cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, biscuits, salad, fruit and milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Donuts or cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Crispitos, Spanish rice, chips, refried beans, salad, fruit and milk.
Thursday breakfast: Breakfast burrito or cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Spaghetti, green beans, bread sticks, salad, fruit and milk.
Friday breakfast: Biscuits and gravy or cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: BBQ rib sandwich, baked chips, cookies, salad, fruit and milk.


Morrison Public Schools
Monday breakfast: Watermelon yogurt or cereal, sausage and milk. Lunch: Chicken fajita, lettuce, tomato, cheese, refried beans, chips, fresh fruit and milk.
Tuesday breakfast: Oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Pancakes, sausages, tri tator, fresh fruit and milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Cereal, fruit and milk. Lunch: Hot turkey sandwich, whipped potatoes, gravy, green beans and milk.
Thursday breakfast: Biscuit and gravy or cereal, crispy cubes and milk. Lunch: Bread stix with sauce, goguart, fresh fruit, fresh vegetable and milk.
Friday breakfast: Sausage blankets or cereal, crispy cubes and milk. Lunch; BBQ turkey sandwich, JoJo potatoes, vegetable, fresh fruit, no bake oatmeal cookie and milk.


Frontier Public Schools
Monday breakfast: Sausage and biscuit, cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Ravioli or ham sandwich, green beans, pears, bread, cake, milk and salad bar.
Tuesday breakfast: Combo bar and toast, cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Fish or pork patty, augratin potatoes, peas, cornbread, strawberries, milk and salad bar.
Wednesday breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese, cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Corn chip chili pie, baked potato with the works, mixed vegetables, peaches, cinnamon roll, milk and salad bar.
Thursday breakfast: French toast, cereal, juice and milk. Lunch: Egg roll or turkey sandwich, brown rice, steamed vegetables, fruit mix, cookie, milk and salad bar.
Friday breakfast: Breakfast pizza, cereal, juice and milk. Lunch; Hamburger, tater tots, baked beans, apple, milk and salad bar.


Ripley Public Schools
