Stillwater Schools

Elementary

Breakfast bar served daily: Hot breakfast entrée, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, fresh bananas, baked hash brown, low fat yogurt, choice of 100% juice, choice of milk.

Monday lunch: Whole wheat low fat cheese pizza, corn, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Tuesday lunch: Baked beef fingers, whipped potatoes, gravy, green beans, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Wednesday lunch: Chicken and noodles, pretzel, low fat yogurt, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Thursday lunch: Sloppy Jo sandwich on whole wheat bun, peaches, corn, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Friday lunch: Baked chicken patty, whipped potatoes, gravy, whole wheat roll, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.



Secondary

Breakfast bar served daily: Hot breakfast entrée, low fat yogurt, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, choice of 100% juice, baked hash brown, choice of milk.

Monday lunch: Charburger on whole wheat bun or bagel sub sandwich, baked chips, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit and veggie bar, low fat brownie, choice of milk.

Tuesday lunch: Baked beef fingers or baked turkey corn dog with baked chips, green beans, whipped potatoes, gravy, fresh fruit and veggie bar, whole wheat roll, choice of milk.

Wednesday lunch: Chicken and noodles with baked pretzel or charburger on whole wheat bun with baked chips, peas and carrots, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Thursday lunch: Sloppy Jo on whole wheat bun or hoagie sandwich on whole wheat bread, baked beans, peaches, corn, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.

Friday lunch: Baked chicken patty or baked beef fingers, whipped potatoes, gravy, fresh fruit and veggie bar, whole wheat roll, choice of milk.

Perkins-Tryon Schools

Monday breakfast: Honey bun or cereal and toast, ham slice, juice and milk. Lunch: Little sausages, macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, diced pears, wheat bread and milk.

Tuesday breakfast: Sausage biscuit or cereal and toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, country gravy, fruit cocktail, roll and milk.

Wednesday breakfast: Breakfast bites or cereal and toast, juice and milk. Lunch: Ham sandwich, lettuce with tomato, pickle spears, banana and milk.

Thursday breakfast: Oatmeal or cereal, cinnamon toast, bacon, juice and milk. Lunch: Chicken enchilada, peas, fresh apple, roll and milk.

Friday breakfast: Sausage gravy or cereal, biscuits, juice and milk. Lunch: Cheese pizza, salad, black-eyed peas, cherry crème pudding and milk.



Morrison Schools

Monday breakfast: Oatmeal or cereal, juice, cinnamon toast, milk. Lunch: Lasagna, Bosco Stick, mixed vegetables, strawberries, milk.

Tuesday breakfast: Yeast donut or cereal, juice, milk. Lunch: Vegetable beef soup, crackers with cheese, fresh grapes, juice, milk.

Wednesday breakfast: Biscuit with gravy or cereal, crispy cubes, milk. Lunch: Beef cheese nachos, tossed salad, pears, carrot sticks, milk.

Thursday breakfast: Boiled egg or cereal, toast, juice, milk. Lunch: Soft chicken fajita, Spanish rice, refried beans, corn, churros, milk.

Friday breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese or cereal, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: Ham, macaroni and cheese, Texas toast, fresh fruit, green beans, milk.



Ripley Public Schools

Monday – No school.

Tuesday breakfast: Pizza sticks, hash browns, cereal, toast, biscuits, gravy, milk or juice. Lunch: Chili cheese dogs with relish and onions, corn chips, oranges, milk or juice.

Wednesday breakfast: Steak fingers, cereal, toast, biscuits, gravy, milk or juice. Lunch: Beef stroganoff, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, hot rolls, sliced peaches, milk or juice.

Thursday breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, biscuits, gravy, milk or juice. Lunch: Fajita enchilada, garden salad, cherry crisp, milk or juice.

Friday breakfast: Glazed donuts, fruit mix, cereal, toast, biscuits, gravy, milk or juice. Sloppy Joes with pickle chips, fries, pears, milk or juice.
