Elementary
Breakfast bar served daily: hot breakfast entrée, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, fresh bananas, fresh oranges, baked hashbrown, low fat yogurt, choice of milk.
Monday lunch: chicken patty sandwich on whole wheat bun, fresh fruit and veggie bar, pineapple chunks, choice of milk.
Tuesday lunch: baked turkey corn dog, peaches, low fat cottage cheese, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Wednesday lunch: baked pizza pocket, pears, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Thursday lunch: baked beef fingers, whipped potatoes, fat free gravy, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Friday lunch: charburger on whole wheat bun, baked chips, bbq baked beans, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
***Elementary menus have been certified by Stillwater Medical Nutrition Services as “Heart Happy”.
Secondary
Breakfast bar served daily: hot breakfast entrée, low fat yogurt, turkey Canadian bacon, choice of dry cereal, fresh oranges, orange juice, baked hashbrown, choice of milk.
Monday lunch: chicken and noodles with crackers or chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun with chips, pineapple chunks, low fat yogurt, peas and carrots, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Tuesday lunch: cheese pizza, peaches, low fat cottage cheese, fresh baby whole carrots, applesauce, tossed salad, fat free ranch dressing, choice of milk.
Wednesday lunch: baked pizza pocket, pears, sweet potato pie, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Thursday lunch: baked beef fingers, whipped potatoes, fat free gravy, whole wheat roll, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Friday lunch: charburger on whole wheat bun or chicken patty sandwich, baked chips, bbq baked beans, graham cracker dessert, fresh fruit and veggie bar, choice of milk.
Middle School sack lunch offered daily: sandwich on whole wheat bun, baked chips, fresh apple or fresh orange, fresh baby whole carrots, fresh celery sticks, cookie, choice of milk.

Perkins-Tryon Schools
Monday breakfast: English muffin with ham or cereal and toast, juice and milk.
Lunch: Corn dog, tator tots, fresh apple, peanut butter cookie and milk.
Tuesday breakfast: French toast or cereal and toast, juice and milk.
Lunch: Taco salad, lettuce w/tomato, diced pears and milk.
Wednesday breakfast: Breakfast pita or cereal and toast, juice and milk.
Lunch: Spaghetti and meat sauce, cinnamon apples, carrots, garlic bread and milk.
Thursday breakfast: Sausage egg scramble or cereal, raisin toast, juice and milk.
Lunch: Bean tostado, lettuce w/tomato, fruit shape-up, brownies and milk.
Friday breakfast: Sausage gravy or cereal, biscuits, juice and milk.
Lunch: Chicken burger, spicy fries, ambrosia fruit salad and milk
