Opal Marie Hundley

— Opal Marie Hundley, 83, of Perkins, died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, in Stillwater. Private family services will be held at a later date. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Opal was born on June 27, 1925, in Wichita to Clyde Aaron and Lorena (Griffin) Aaron-Pauls.
Opal was a devoted mother and grandmother. She put everyone in the family first. She will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Leslie Pauls; two brothers, Clyde Aaron, Jr. and Franklin Aaron; one stepbrother Maurice Wilson; a cousin Donald Griffin, daughter-in-law Natalie Hundley; one granddaughter Elizabeth Wieland and a great granddaughter Kailee Hundley.
She is survived by five sons, Michael Hundley and Diane of Wichita, Max Hundley and Amy Coleman of Kansas City, Mo., Terry Hundley and his wife Sherrie of Garland, Texas, Phillip Hundley of Wichita and David Hundley and his wife Rita of Perkins; one daughter, Rose Lundy and her husband Dana of Wichita; 19 grandchildren, Bambi and Richard Wall of Perkins, Bruce Hundley of Stillwater, Ty Armstrong, Teressa and Scott Hayes, Michael Hundley Jr., William and Jennifer Dennis, Rochelle and Josh Kennedy, Sara Turntine, Marguerite Stone, Michael Wieland, Justus Wieland, Antoinette Wieland of Wichita, Terry Hundley Jr. of Dallas, Julie and Jeff Bryan, Jennifer and Kevin Smiley of Rockwall, Texas, Christina Turntine of Charleston, S.C., Ayla Hundley of Trumbull, Conn., Lucy and Liam Hundley of Kansas City, Mo., and 21 great grandchildren.
