Ride the bus from downtown to the game

The Oklahoma State University athletic department has collaborated with the Stillwater Business Improvement District to offer a new parking service throughout the football season, beginning today for the Cowboys’ game vs. Houston.

There will be signs indicating where to park and a bus picking up and dropping off passengers at Seventh Avenue and Lewis Street. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking downtown is free and about 500 spots will be available.

The bus will begin running three hours before kickoff and drop off passengers on Hall of Fame Avenue near Knoblock Street.

The bus will continue to run throughout the game.

After the game, fans riding the bus back to downtown will meet on Hall of Fame Avenue where they were dropped off. The bus will run about every 30 minutes.

Some of the parking spaces include the lots west of City Hall; the covered parking lot across the street; and the BancFirst parking lot on 808 S. Main.

For information on downtown parking, contact Brandon Armstrong at (405) 744-8659 or brandon.armstrong@okstate.edu.
