Summer Camp at Stillwater Children’s Museum

The Stillwater Children’s Museum is offering two summer camps for children aged 3-12 this summer.

Girls who secretly long to be princesses will have a chance to live out their dreams for a couple of hours in Princess Camp, during which they will participate in hands-on activities and crafts, learn princess etiquette, have a tea party and meet a special “guest princess.” Princess camp participants may choose from four dates: July 16 and 18 and Aug. 6 and 7.

Boys and girls whose interests tend toward the more scientific will get to conduct “brain-squeezing” science experiments, play games and make and eat a “slimy treat” in a two-hour Gross Science Camp offered on four dates: July 19 and 20 and August 8 and 9.

Children at each camp will be grouped according to age.

The cost for each camp is $35 per session, of which $20 is a tax-deductible donation.

Attendance at the camps will be limited, and applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
