Morton rites pending
Shirley Winifred (VanBebber) Morton, 90, of Perry, died Thursday, May 15, 2008. Services are pending with Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry.

Carter service
Harold Neil Carter, 74, Billings, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008, in Tonkawa. Funeral services, under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Billings, will be in the Christian Church in Billings Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery at Billings.

Bench rites
Audrey Ann Bench, 43, of Cushing, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, in Tulsa. Her memorial services has been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home and will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Cushing.

Boyd services
Robert E. “Bob” Boyd, 54, Chandler, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the auditorium of the Chandler High School Performing Arts Center. Officiating will be Buster Sides, minister of the Blanchard Church of Christ. Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler. Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Chandler, is in charge of arrangements.

Murray rites pending
Danny Lee Murray, 54, of Tryon, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008, in Tulsa. Services are pending with Strode Funeral Home in Stillwater.

Hedrick reception
Since 1983, Carolyn Hedrick has served as director of the First Christian Church Preschool. She has announced she plans to retire. Her dedication has had a lasting impact on so many families. The First Christian Church Preschool board will honor her with a reception and card shower Sunday, from 2-4 p.m., in the First Christian Church small fellowship hall. All friends and FCC Preschool students and parents are invited.

Bunko for Buckaroos
Bunko for Buckaroos will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Stillwater. This event is sponsored by Turning Point Ranch, which provides therapeutic horseback riding for children with disabilities. Lunch will be available, door prizes and silent auction.
