Act doesn’t offer freedom

Truly I wish you and your families a Happy New Year.

It seems as coincident that President-elect Obama quoted Abraham Lincoln and Dr. Martin Luther King because of their struggle for Freedom, and now the first legislation that he will consider is the Freedom Act.

Abe Lincoln left this world in a struggle for the freedom of a new nation because of slavery, and Dr. King left this world in his struggle of freedom in being truly human without color or bonds for freedom in the promise land. And now we face a similar freedom struggle in regards to the liberation for life itself. Will this promise land foster life or death?

The Freedom Choice Act will determine whether millions of lives will be visible or not and foster the ongoing silent genocide of abortion. No one person should have that power to determine life itself. The Freedom Act will cultivate a generation for death.

Many women today find themselves struggling for life themselves in everyday matters, they are abandoned, addicted, or some find that this world is not good enough for children. How sad that they see no future in life and the thrill of being born in an unpredictable world that has great sorrow as well as great joy. I truly am grateful that I was born during the World War II era; even in the bleakest history of our human existence mothers chose life because they didn’t have a choice, however life prevailed and our history tells us that the years that followed the great wars were the most productive and profound for the betterment of society.

Now this world is seeing a new war, the silent war against life. The war is against the real world and the imagined world. The real world will always have the poor, the hungry and forgotten but it will always restore and replenish itself with the hope of our true human nature to love. The imagined world is where human intellect rules and all will have a perfect situation mechanically or technologically and give up human nature and chance for artificial reality to satisfy pleasure and self seeking.

True freedom comes by chance and is united with nature to adore life above all else whether the situation is perfect or not. The breath of life is the unleashing of nature unpredictable and uncontrollable foreseeing new hope in an unexplored majestic world. The perfect world will never exist but the freedom to let life begin and flourish should never be restricted by giving the green light to the guillotine to life. The birth of a child in an uncertain world is our only hope for the future.

Contact your elected representative to oppose the Freedom of Choice Act. Call U.S Capitol (202)224-3121 or www.senate.gov and www.house.gov.
