• Brakke-Quaid

Becky Brakke and Will J. Quaid, both of Kingwood, Texas, will wed Friday, June 20, 2008, at sunset or 6 p.m. in Carambola Beach Resort, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Chloe Roith, St. Paul, Minn.

The groom-to-be is the son of Rose Ann Quaid, Stillwater, and John L. Quaid, Kingwood.

Brakke graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. She works in information technology at Enbridge Energy Co. of Houston, Texas.

Quaid graduated from Stillwater High School in 1997 and from Oklahoma State University with an accounting degree in 2001. He is the controller of Direct Chassis, LLC, in Kingwood.



• Cundiff-Doyle

Daasha Maire Cundiff, Perkins, and Joseph Ray Doyle, Duncan, will wed Saturday, June 28, 2008, in Perkins.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harold and Chauree Cundiff, Perkins, and James and Connie Law, Balko. She is the granddaughter of Jack and Dana Cundiff, Perkins, and Darlene Biswell, Cushing, and the late Bill Biswell.

The groom-to-be is the son of Becky Doyle and Paul Ray and G.K. Doyle, all of Duncan. He is the grandson of the late Paul Lloyd and Jaunita Doyle and Martha Jo Rozell, Duncan, and the late Oscar Rozell.

Cundiff graduated in 2003 from Perkins-Tryon High School. She graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with an associate’s degree in applied science. She plans to take the national exam to become a registered nurse this summer.

She works at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Doyle graduated in 2001 from Velma-Alma High School and in 2005 from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural education.

The couple plans to live in Duncan.
