• Francis-Waddell

Alison Francis and Matt Waddell, both of Tulsa, will wed Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 7 p.m. in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Stillwater before Deacon Paul Govek.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Ruthie Francis, Stillwater. She is the granddaughter of Carlene Gooden, Kingfisher, and the late George Gooden and the late Bob and Gwen Francis. The groom-to-be is the son of Rick and Roxanne Waddell, Ponca City. He is the grandson of Richard and Joan Welborn, Ponca City, and the late Norma Welborn and Les and Frances Waddell, Ponca City, and the late Mildred Waddell.

Francis graduated in 2003 from Stillwater High School and in December 2006 cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a double major in marketing and public relations. She is a program manager for Junior Achievement of Eastern Oklahoma.

Waddell graduated in 2000 from Ponca City High School. He attended Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan., for two years on a golf scholarship and graduated from OSU in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a treasury analyst for SemGroup LP.



• Cody-Faulkner

Kelsea Cody and Matthew Faulkner, both of Stillwater, will wed Saturday, April 5, 2008, at 6 p.m. at Willard Hall in Stillwater before Jason Taylor.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Shirley Cody, Stillwater. The groom-to-be is the son of James and Shirley Cody, Stillwater.

Cody graduated in 2006 and is a stay-at-home mom for the couple’s 16-month-old daughter.

Faulkner graduated from Stillwater High School in 2004 and attended CareerTech for two years to study collision repair. He works for the City of Stillwater.
