This is a really quick and easy to make fresh salad.
Summer Salad
2 cups of chopped cucumber
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tomato, chopped, or several grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
Creamy Italian salad dressing
1 can ranch style beans, washed and drained
Add all vegetables together in one bowl and stir. Add enough Italian dressing to wet all vegetables. Be careful on dressing. A little bit goes a long way.
