The March Report



Four commercial projects totaling $13,119,060, and the issurance of 19 permits for new housing starts highlighted the construction scene during March in Stillwater.

The commercial projects include: 15 units totaling $5,919,060 at The Links @ Stillwater, 4701 N. Washington Street; a new hotel (The Cimarron) at 315 N. Husband Street, totaling $4,500,000; a $1.9 million multi-family facility at 3398 E. Sixth Avenue, and an $800,000 project at Meridian Technology Center, 1312 S. Sangre Road.



Commercial Additions: Three permits totaling $97,500.

New housing starts: Ninteen permits totaling $2,725,040.
