Multi Arts seeks ‘Art of the Woman’

— Celebrating the strength and beauty of women, the City of Stillwater Multi Arts Center is calling for entries for the fourth annual “Art of the Woman” exhibit, which will feature women and women artists in any media.
This exhibition will open May 2 at the MAC Gallery and continue through May. An opening reception is set for May 2 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Entries are due at Multi Arts Center, 1001 S. Duck, by 5 p.m. Friday.
The artwork must either be created by a woman or portray a direct connection to women as subject matter. Work must be original, completed in the last two years and ready for display.
