Stillwater JSL plans casino night event

The Stillwater Area Junior Service League is planning a night of entertainment to benefit its philanthropic programs.

JSL will hold Get Lucky on Friday the 13th Casino Night Fundraiser on April 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Stillwater Country Club. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door. For advance tickets, call Lorri Carlile at 377-6612.

With each ticket, participants will receive two cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a sampling of desserts. Each attendee will also receive $1,000 in playing chips to use at craps, blackjack and roulette.

At the end of the night, everyone can try their luck on the grand prize drawing for a week in Steamboat Springs, Colo.

All proceeds from this fundraiser support JSL’s philanthropic programs in Stillwater, including Harvest II, Operation Christmas, Stillwater Children’s Museum and Crisis Intervention.
